| Russell Small-Cap Completeness Index Fund: A capitalization weighted index composed of all of the Russell 3000 stocks excluding the S & P 500 companies. Allows investors to gain exposure of broad market for small and mid-cap stocks without overlapping stocks in the S & P 500. The portfolio has annualized turnover rate of 6 - 10%.
