Wayne joined RhumbLine when the company first set sail in 1990 as the Director of Marketing. He became the firm's first Limited Partner in 1994 and in the early part of 2007 became a General Partner and the Chief Executive Office of RhumbLine Advisers.

Wayne and J.D. Nelson became a team at State Street in late 1984 and have worked together since that time. They have assembled a team of professionals at RhumbLine that have been successful for the past twenty years. Wayne's position as the Chief Executive Officer gives him responsibility for the day-to-day operation of RhumbLine and full executive authority for all aspects of RhumbLine Advisers Limited Partnership.

Before joining RhumbLine, Wayne spent 12 years at State Street Bank. He held several supervisory and management positions within the Institutional Services Group, and prior to leaving State Street, was a Vice President and the Director of Client Services for the Public Fund Division.

Wayne has a B.S. degree with a double major in Accounting and Quantitative Methods from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He serves as a Board member of the ARC of Greater Plymouth, MA (a non-profit organization which provides support and services to kids and adults with developmental disabilities).
