Kim is a Senior Partner in the firm and one of the original individuals who joined RhumbLine at its inception in October, 1990. In addition to addressing the financial, human resources and benefit management functions of the firm, he is also responsible for daily trade compliance issues, insuring that governmental agency and industry forms and documentation are updated on a timely basis, reviewing preliminary performance of accounts, as well as various other compliance issues.

Prior to RhumbLine, Kim worked as Comptroller, Assistant Treasurer for the Public Funds Division at State Street Bank and Trust Company. He has also held supervisory positions in both the Agency Financial Operations and Group Pension Accounting areas while at New England Life in Boston. He was actively involved in the development of financial projections for their nationwide agency network, participation in systems conversions and reconcilement of projects, and implementation of accounting procedures for new products.

Kim holds a B.S. degree, Cum Laude in Finance, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Suffolk University, Boston.
